You are Invited

When you enter a house, first say, ‘Peace to this house … ‘ Luke 10:5

Today you are invited to consider the things you first say when you visit someone’s home. What do you think? If they are friends, what role does Jesus play in your arrival? If they are strangers, how much attention do you pay to your surroundings? How can you offer the peace of Jesus to your hosts’ home, however well or slightly you know them, even if this is in silent prayer? How can you remember to do this as you visit people? Ask God to show you how you can be a sower of His peace to the homes you visit from this day forward.

May God bless your home with peace today and in the days ahead.
