You are Invited

Jesus looked at (Simon) and said, “You are Simon, son of John. You will be called Cephas” (which, when translated, is Peter). John 1:42

Today you are invited to consider how you have changed since you first met Jesus. What is important to you now that was not so before you met Him. Who are you becoming? You may not know the new name Jesus has given you, but you can know you are a Child of God because He says so. What do you want to say to Jesus about your new character that is forming as a result of your relationship with Him? Where do you struggle with it? What brings you joy? What does He say to you in response?

May God bless you with an awareness of your becoming a new creation in Him, growing more like Jesus day by day as you follow Him.
