You are Invited

Very truly I tell you, the one who believes has eternal life. John 6:47

Today you are invited to consider the simplicity of these words. What do they mean to you? What, if any, changes could they make in the way you live your life? Are you trying to earn your salvation – your invitation to eternal life? Can you accept that all you need to do to be saved is to believe? How complicated have we – as the Body of Christ – as Christ-followers – made this? How can you simplify your belief for yourself? How can you help others to do so too?

Jesus says, ‘Very truly …’ May He bless you by growing your belief in His words and in Him today.

My love in life is to encourage others to deepen their relationship with God. I write devotional material, stories and small group studies with that in mind. I live in South Africa and also love spending time in the bush, bird watching and walking.
