You are Invited

(The Pharisees) still did not believe that he had been blind and had received his sight until they sent for the man’s parents. “Is this your son?” they asked. “Is this the one you say was born blind? How is it that now he can see?” John 9:18-19

Today you are invited to consider who you go to when you are searching for the truth; for answers. Why do you go to these specific people? Are they experts in their field? Or do they know all about you because they are family members or old friends? Are they teachers or lecturers? Can you rely on them to give you the truth, no matter what the question? How do you feel about asking God for the truth? What do you not understand at this moment – in whatever sphere of life – that you can ask God for clarity of understanding and the truth however hard it may be to accept it. God knows. And He will give you a true, unbiased answer.  Ask Him.

May God bless you with the truth today – and, if you need it, the grace to accept it.
