For I did not speak on my own, but the Father who sent Me commanded Me to say all that I have spoken. I know that His command leads to eternal life. So whatever I say is just what the Father has told me to say. John 12:49-50

Today you are invited to consider the times when you say what Jesus commands you to say. How do you feel when you speak words that do not seem to be yours? What happens when you resist the urge to speak out when you know Jesus wants you to say something? Perhaps you are not aware of such times. How willing are you to speak on behalf of Jesus? For some it may be easy – for others it may mean putting their life on the line. Speaks to Jesus about these things and pray for those for whom speaking on His behalf is courageous thing to do.
