You are Invited

(Jesus) got up from the meal, took off His outer clothing, and wrapped a towel around His waist. After that, He poured water into a basin and began to wash His disciples’ feet, drying them with the towel that was wrapped around Him. John 13:4-5

Today you are invited to consider how you feel when you are with people who need to be cared for. Maybe a child, maybe a parent, maybe a stranger. Are you willing to serve them in whatever way they need? Are some people easier for you to serve than others? Where are you being called to serve others in ways that are a challenge for you at the moment. Speak to Jesus about these things. How can He help you? What does He reply?

May God bless you with a caring heart today and help you to serve others beyond your comfort zone.
