When (Judas) was gone, Jesus said, “Now the Son of Man is glorified and God is glorified in Him. If God is glorified in Him, God will glorify the Son in Himself, and will glorify Him at one. John 13:31-32

God was glorified as a result of Jesus’ obedience and willingness to go through with what God had asked Him to do. Today you are invited to consider where you bring glory to God. What are you doing that He has asked you to do that is difficult for you? How does it make you feel to hear Jesus say that God is glorified through your obedience? Is the idea new to you? Can you accept that you are glorifying God? Sometimes we do not realise the effect we have on people as we work for Jesus. What is He saying to you today?

May God bring someone into your life today who affirms you in the work you are doing in response to His call – and may you be blessed by that affirmation.
