You are Invited

After Jesus said this, He looked toward heaven and prayed: “Father, the hour has come. Glorify your Son, that your Son may glorify You.” John 17:1

Today your are invited to consider the beginning of Jesus’ prayer to His Father. How does it compare to the way you begin your prayers? How often do you begin your conversations with God with praise? Or do you tend to dive in to the problem and tell Jesus all about it? How can Jesus’ example help you in your own prayer life? What is Jesus saying to you about this today? Stop and listen. Ask Him. Then follow His lead and praise God the Father as you begin to talk to Him today.

May God bless you richly as you praise Him today.
