You are Invited

Now it was the day of Preparation, and the next day was to be a special Sabbath. Because the Jewish leaders did not want the bodies left on the crosses during the Sabbath, they asked Pilate to have the legs broken and the bodies taken down. … But when they came to Jesus and found that He was already dead they did not break His legs. John 19:31, 33

Today you are invited to consider this scene. How does it feel to see your Saviour hanging on the cross, dead now for your sins? What do you want to say to Jesus as you stand beneath the cross and gaze up at Him? What does He say to you?

May God bless you today with a sense of His love for you as you worship Him.
