Today you are invited to consider God’s protection. He called both Israel and Jesus out of Egypt. In neither case would the journey have been easy. What difficult journey are you being called to undertake at the moment? Could it be for your own good? What benefits, and what challenges do you see this call presenting? Which one outweighs the other? Tell Jesus today how you feel about any challenges that face you in the coming year and ask Him to show you the way forward.
