Today you are invited to consider what keeps you awake at night. Perhaps it is pain; or worry; or financial difficulties; or guilt or shame. Maybe it is relationship difficulties. Whatever it is, give it to God today. Ask Him to handle it for you. Listen to Him. He may need you to take some action – repent, forgive, apologise. Whatever He asks you to do, take the first step today. Then go to bed tonight and sleep.
