Lord, see how my enemies persecute me! Have mercy and lift me up from the gates of death, Psalm 9:13

Today you are invited to consider those who persecute you. Who are they? What form does the persecution take? How do you respond? Now consider those brothers and sisters who are persecuted for their faith to the point of imprisonment, torture and death. Pray for them that they may be strengthened by the Lord, know His love, and witness to His truth to those who persecute them. Pray for the persecuted Church that God may shine through them – and that they may know they are not forgotten.

May God bless you, whatever level of persecution you face, and may He be close to those who are imprisoned for their faith in Him.
