You are Invited

Arise, Lord! Lift up your hand, O God, Do not forget the helpless. Psalm 10:12

Today you are invited to consider those people in your community who are helpless. What does helpless mean? What defines someone who is helpless for you? The Psalmist asks God not to forget the helpless. Will you do the same today and lift those around you who are helpless to almighty God for whom nothing is impossible? The children, the people who are being abused, those held in slavery or imprisoned for their faith – who will you pray for today? What does God say in reply?

May God bless you with open eyes today and may you follow where He leads you.
