This morning, during my quiet time with God, I was asking Him some questions.

How long, Lord, how long? What about those who are hungry? Those who are dying alone? Those who are being abused? Those who have lost their businesses or their jobs? The questions streamed out of me.

And then, as the last question came to mind, I heard the answer. My last question to my Lord was: ‘What can I do to help?’ And before I had even asked, He answered.

‘Tell them about Me. ‘

I gave my pen, and, by association, my computer to God long ago. He promised me He would give me a task to do for Him, and that He would help me to do it. So, as He leads me, these posts, Discovering Hope will be the fulfilment of that task.

For in them I will tell about Jesus – what He means to me and can mean to you. I don’t know, yet where they will go, in what direction or how they will sound, or even how often they will happen. But what I do know is that God will be part of them for He will not only inspire me but also touch your life through the words He gives me.

This is not about me. It is all about Jesus. Because Jesus is Love and He yearns for you to reach out to Him at this time, and to share what you know of Him. I believe the time is short for us to tell others who do not know Him as their Lord about Him. Will you share with others about Jesus?

I pray that each person who reads this may tell one other person, and so Jesus’ instruction will be fulfilled: Tell them about Me.
