Hi everyone,
I have been asked by several people to post Forerunners twice a week instead of once. I am considering either posting on a Sunday as well as Friday or posting one longer post on a Friday. Which would you prefer? Please comment Sunday for the first option and Friday for the second. Thanks everyone!
