You are Invited

If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners love those who love them. And if you do good to those who are good to you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners do that. And if you lend to those from whom you expect payment, what credit is that to y ou? Even sinners lend to sinners, expecting to be repaid in full. Luke 6:32-34

Today your are invited to consider when you have done these things. What made you take the risk or loving, doing good or lending to those around you? What is the difference between such people that you are willing to do these things and those for whom you are not willing? How do you decide? What part does God play in such decisions? What mistakes have you made? How do you feel about these situations now? Speak to God about them. What is He saying to you?

May God bless you with wisdom and grace in your dealings with others today.
