Why do you call me, “Lord, Lord,’ and do not do what I say? Luke 6:46

Today you are invited to consider whether this is what you do. Do you decide your plans and then ask God to bless them for you? Do you know you should do something (or not do something) and ignore the feeling and act in the opposite way? Do you knowingly act ignoring the ten commandments? Or do these words not speak to you at all? Speak to God about these questions. Listen and be open to His response. He may surprise you one way or another. Make a note of what you hear Him say to you in a journal.

May God bless you with His correction if it is needed, or His affirmation if that is His response to you. Either way may you feel His love for you in tangible ways today.
