After asking for provision from the Father, Jesus takes His prayer further:

Forgive us our sins, Luke 11:4a

Today you are invited to spend time with God confessing your sins. Ask Him to show you what you need to confess that may have slipped past you in your past. Ask Him to help you to confess, repent (turn away from) and then release those sins to Him. It may help to make a note of anything He brings to your mind and then to burn or shred the piece of paper that you have used. Watch the smoke rise to heaven and disappear. So have your confessed sins for which you repent disappeared in God’s mind. Let them go and move forward in freedom and joy today.

May God bless you with His freedom from any burden of sin you may have been carrying as you confess and repent of them today. Go in joy in His forgiveness.
