You are Invited

Jesus asked:

Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath or not? Luke 14:4

Today you are invited to consider what you would answer if Jesus asked you this question. The people with Jesus at that time did not answer. Maybe healing is not what you need at this time. Perhaps you need to earn your living, or run a race, or do the shopping for your family. Maybe you will replace the word Sabbath with Sunday. How does making the question personal affect your answer? And does the action you need to do change that answer? We can’t stop healing or earning and the way of the world has set aside the Sabbath/Sunday and ignored it as a day to spend in honour of God. How do you feel about setting another day/time aside for God and God only? What is God saying to you today? Be open for His response. The path you take is between you and God. Let no one condemn you or persuade you.
