Jesus was walking when ten lepers saw Him and called Him, asking Him to heal them. Jesus gave them a command which resulted in their request being answered,

Go, show yourselves to the priests. Luke 17:14

Today you are invited to consider what your response is when Jesus asks (or tells) you to do something unexpected. The lepers asked for healing and they were told to go. As they did so, their request was answered. What are you praying for that does not yet seem to have been answered? Could it be that God is saying to you ‘Go’ or some other seemingly unrelated action? Are you listening well? Ask God again, and ask Him to make any unexpected command clear to you. Then respond, believing God will answer your prayers.
