Jesus gave His disciples precise instructions – and they found that things were exactly as He told them they would be:

As you enter the city, a man carrying a jar of water will meet you. Follow him to the house that he enters, and say to the owner of the house: the Teacher asks: ‘Where is the guest room, where I may eat the Passover with My disciples?’ He will show you a large room upstairs, all furnished. Make preparations there. Luke 22:10-12

Today you are invited to consider the intimate involvement of God in our lives when we follow Jesus. Where do you see His involvement in your life? What difference does it make to the way you look back on your past, live your present, and look ahead to your future? What has God done recently that you know would not have happened without His active involvement in your life? What do you want to say to Him in this regard – perhaps you are full or wonder – perhaps you missed it altogether? Are you willing to invite Him to be active in everything you say, think and do? Why/why not?
