You are Invited

And (Jesus) took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, ‘This is My body given for you; do this in remembrance of Me.’ Luke 22:19

Today you are invited to consider the last time you took Holy Communion, Eucharist, or whatever your denomination calls this special meal. What did it mean to you as you took the bread – the body of Christ, given for you? What did you say to Jesus as you ate it? What do you say to Him now as you think of all the times you have eaten bread in remembrance of what He has done for you? How does eating this bread influence your life? Tell Jesus. Spend time with Him today. Ask Him to tell you what it means to Him when you eat this bread.

May God bless you today as you remember.
