You are Invited

Jesus said to Peter:

Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift all of you as wheat. But I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned back, strengthen your brothers. Luke 22:31-32

Jesus knew Peter was going to betray Him. Jesus knows you are going to betray Him. Today you are invited to consider these words as you replace Simon’s name with your own. What do they mean to you? How do you feel know Jesus is praying for you? What is Jesus saying to you as you turn back to Him? What task does He have for you?

May you know God’s love, grace, forgiveness and instructions today.
