As they walked along to Emmaus the two disciples asked Him if He was the only one who did not know what had happened in Jerusalem in the last couple of days. Jesus asked:

What things? Luke 24:19

Today you are invited to consider how you pray. Do you just send arrow prayers to God all day and nothing more? Or do you spend several moments praying about individual issues as they occur? Or do you give God a period of time when you stay in His presence and talk with Him? How detailed are your prayers? Jesus’ question today invites you to tell Him everything. Of course, He knew what had happened, but He wanted to hear their side of the story. How much of your story have you told Him? Spend some time telling Jesus about one issue in your life at the moment in as much detail as you can. Then listen and watch for His response
