Perhaps it is understandable that the disciples were frightened when Jesus appeared to them for the first time after His resurrection. He asked them:

Why are you troubled, and why do doubts rise in your minds? Luke 24:37

Today you are invited to consider where you struggle to believe and/or trust Jesus? What is happening that seems to be too big for Him to handle? What area of concern do you have in your life, whether personal, national or global, that you are worrying about? Hear Jesus’ words to you today. What will you reply? Are you prepared to tell Jesus how big your worry is – or to tell your worry how big your God is? Speak to God today. What does He say to you in response?

May you be blessed with the awareness that your God is far bigger than anything you are facing at this time. May you trust and believe today.
