You are Invited

‘I choose the appointed time; it is I who judge with equity.  When the earth and all its people quake, it is I who hold its pillars firm.’  Psalm 75:2-3
Today you are invited to consider what these words mean to you.  When you look at the world what is it that disturbs you deep in your heart and soul?  What evidence of hope is there in this disturbing event (or events?)  What can you do to help the situation?  It may be an event that happens on the other side of the world,or an event that happens in your own neighbourhood.  Read today’s verses again.  What is God saying to you through these words?   How do they change your perspective on what is happening?  What do you want to say to Him in this regard ?  Spend some time telling Him about your concerns and stop to listen to His reply.  What is He saying to you today?
God bless you as you trust Him to act in His time

About Mandy Hackland

My love in life is to encourage others to deepen their relationship with God. I write devotional material, stories and small group studies with that in mind. I live in South Africa and also love spending time in the bush, bird watching and walking. I have moved to the coast and am enjoying the green spaces and beautiful vistas that surround me, reminding me of God's grace every day.
