… ‘As the Lord Almighty lives, whom I serve, I will surely …’ 1 Kings 18:15

Elijah goes on to say what he will do as a result of this statement.  Today you are invited to consider what you will do.  How does the fact that the Lord Almighty lives colour your life?  What do you do because of this that you probably would not do if you did not believe it?  And what do you not do that is accepted by the society in which you live because  you serve the Lord?  Where are you struggling to follow Him today?  Spend time with God and tell Him about it.  Ask Him for His help.  Be honest with Him and share your heart today.

May the living Lord God bless you as you step out in faith to serve Him today in whatever way He calls you.
