… the Son of Man is going to be delivered into the hands of men.  But they did not understand what this meant.  It was hidden from them, so that they did not grasp it, and they were afraid to ask Him about it.  Luke 9:44-45

Today you are invited to consider what is happening in your life that you do not understand and that you are afraid or reluctant to ask God about.  It may be a personal event or a global one.  How do you feel about asking Jesus, your Lord, to give you understanding?  What do you want to say to Him about this situation now?  How would understanding help you?  Speak to Him about this issue – and listen for His reply.  Whether He gives you understanding or not give the situation to Him and leave it in His hands.  He understands.
