You are Invited

Refrain from anger and turn from wrath; do not fret – it leads only to evil.  Psalm 37:8

Today you are invited to consider what makes you angry.  What makes you flare up in sudden anger?  What makes you simmer with anger on an on-going basis?  If ‘anger’ is too strong a   word for you then consider what irritates you.  How do you handle your anger?  How do you express it?  How does it make you feel?  What would it take to calm your anger down and to remove it altogether?  How can you ask God to help you to deal with your anger/irritations so that they do not colour your life?  What action, if any, is He asking you to take?  How will you respond?

May God bless you with a sense of calm and peace today.
