We have heard with our ears, O God; our ancestors have told us what you did in their days, in days long ago.  Psalm 44:1

Today you are invited to consider who the ancestors of your faith are.  What impact have they had on your life?  How have they impacted your belief in God?  How aware are they of this impact?  Whoever they are, write a note to them telling them about how their witness to you of their own faith has grown your faith.  If they are still alive, consider sending it to them.  Whether alive or not, spend some time thanking God for them – and asking Him who, in turn, you can mentor in the faith to pass the good news on.
