… we will bring to the storerooms of the house of our God, to the priests, the first of our ground meal, of our grain offerings, of the fruit of all our trees and of our new wine and olive oil.  And we will bring a tithe of our crops … Nehemiah 10:37

Today you are invited to consider how willing you are to give God the first ten per cent of everything.  What would that involve?  What does it mean to you if you are already doing this?  How does God’s response impact your faith?  What will it take for you to start if this is a new idea for you?  How much do you trust God as your Provider?  If you need to give something up to give a tithe to God, is He asking you to stop doing whatever you will need to forego?  Malachi 3:10 says, ‘Test me in this,’ says the Lord Almighty.  How ready are you to test God in the only thing He ever tells us we can test Him?  What is stopping you from doing so?  Either way, whether you bring your tithe to Him or not, speak to Him about doing so today.  What is He saying to you?
