Eli answered, ‘Go in peace, and may the God of Israel grant you what you have asked of Him.’ 1 Samuel 1:17

Today you are invited to consider your heart’s desire.  What is it that you long for?  What would it mean to you if God gave this to you?  What would change in your life?  Who would you need to meet, what would you need to do to enable this dream to come about?  Speak to God about it again today.  Listen for His reply to you.  He may be saying ‘no’, or ‘wait’ – but He may be saying ‘yes, go ahead and do this or that’.  Are you willing to follow His lead, even if it does not seem to you at this time to be going in the right direction?

My prayer for you today is that the God we worship will grant you what you have asked of Him according to His plan for you.
