My shield is God most High, who saves the upright in heart.  Psalm 7:10

Today you are invited to consider how God is your shield.  Where do you need His protection?  Why are you vulnerable in such situations?  What makes you aware of God’s protection? Where do you see it and how does it happen?  What do you do that takes courage, knowing that God is your shield?  What do you not do because you are afraid?  Speak to God about His protection over you.  Ask Him to show you His protection especially in places and situations that make you afraid.  What does He reply to you?
