You are Invited

Be sure to set aside a tenth of all that your fields produce each year.  Deuteronomy 14:22

Today you are invited to consider what God is saying to you through this verse.  Of course, not all of us live surrounded by fields – but where do you plant seed and grow bread (or earn your living)?  How does the idea of giving a tenth of all you earn to God make you feel?  Why do you feel this way?  Ask God to tell you, personally, how He feels.  Listen to Him.  What is He saying to you?  How do you respond?  What difference has this conversation made to the way you feel about this verse now?

May God bless you as you trust Him and give Him what He requests from you today.
