Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.  Colossians 3:2

Today you are invited to consider the things on which your mind is set.  What are the things that fill your mind from day to day.  Where does your focus lie?  How much do you think about things above – heavenly, spiritual things?  What triggers thoughts of such things?  What is so important to you of earthly things that prevents you from thinking of things above?  What struggles and joys do you want to speak to God about today?  Tell Him – and then give Him the opportunity as you sit in a quiet place to listen to His response to you.
