Surely the arm of the Lord is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear.  Isaiah 59:1

Today you are invited to consider how much you believe God is involved in your world.  Wherever you live, whatever is happening in your country, however you feel about it all – where is God for you in all this?  How much do you trust God to sort things out where there is strife?  How often do you pray about the situation in your homeland?  How much control does God have, in your opinion?  Where can you see Him at work – and where do you think He needs to intervene?  Spend some time today speaking to God about the country where you live.  How does He reply?  How does His reply help you to trust Him with everything that’s going on?
