When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, the took some and ate it.  She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it.  Genesis 3:6

Today you are invited to consider the start of it all, the deed which made it necessary for Jesus to come and die on a cross for you and for me.  How does this affect your life at this time?  What sin do you find it most difficult to resist?  What do you want to say to God about this at this time?  How do you feel about saying this – being open and honest with Him and your feelings?  What help do you need from Him to stop sinning in this way?  Spend some time with Him today and remember to listen to His reply to you.

May God bless you with a way to resist the temptation that causes you to sin – and may He give you the strength to follow that way.
