You are Invited

For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile – the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, for, ‘Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:12-13

Today you are invited to consider those whom you consider different to yourself.  What makes them different?  Perhaps they are from a different family, or culture, or a business in competition to your own.  How do you feel about these people?  When you consider how God sees them, how does that change the way you see them?  Ask God to show you their humanity – the things you have in common with them.  Then ask Him to help you set aside the differences and to reach out to them as people He loves.

May God bless you as you strive to love people today.

About Mandy Hackland

My love in life is to encourage others to deepen their relationship with God. I write devotional material, stories and small group studies with that in mind. I live in South Africa and also love spending time in the bush, bird watching and walking. I have moved to the coast and am enjoying the green spaces and beautiful vistas that surround me, reminding me of God's grace every day.
