Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in Me.  John 14:1

Today you are invited to consider how these words apply to you and the situations you are facing at the present time.  Where is your heart troubled?  How often do you give the things that are troubling you to God?  How strong is your faith when you are faced with problems that seem to be insurmountable?  What do you want to say to God in the light of these words today?  Give Him everything that is troubling you.  Spend some time quietly, listening for His reply.  Listen with your ears, your eyes, your heart, your mind and your spirit.  Open yourself up to Him.  What does He say to you in response?
