But when He, the Spirit of truth comes, He will guide you into all the truth.  He will not speak on his own; He will speak only what He hears, and He will tell you what is yet to come.  John 16:13

Today your are invited to consider how you know what is true and what is not.  How much to you rely on what other people say? How much are you influenced by the media? How do you make judgements of truth when all you hear is passed to you through the filters of other people’s beliefs and ideas?  How often do you listen to the ‘still, small voice’ of God through the Holy Spirit when you are discerning what is true and what is not?  Ask God today, through the Spirit, to show you the truth.
