This is what the Lord says, He who appoints the sun to shine by day, who decrees the moon and stars to shine by night … the Lord Almighty is His name; Jeremiah 31:35

Today you are invited to consider the power and authority of God.  What does it mean to you to know that your God ‘decrees the moon and stars to shine at night’? How does it make you feel about your own life?  If God is able to command the stars and bring order into the universe, how much more is He able to bring order into your own? Where do you need order in your life today?  Speak to God about these things?  If you doubt His involvement and His willingness, ask Him to show you in such a clear way that He has His hand upon you that all doubt melts away.  What do you want to say in reply to His touch?
