But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen.  Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. Matthew 6:6

Today you are invited to consider where you go to pray.  How strongly do you feel God’s presence there?  Do you pray alone there, or with your family? How much time do you spend there?  If you do not have a special place, where can you find one?  It does not have to be large, or grand.  Just a chair in a room where you can close your eyes and spend a moment with God.  If you do not have such a space, ask God to show you where you can sit and be with Him, even if it is only for a moment at a time.  Make it a place where you go to meet God for intentional prayer.  Where is God showing you today?

May God bless you with a special place, a chair, a tree, a car seat – wherever it may be – where you can feel His presence and return again and again to meet with Him.
