Today you are invited to consider how much time you give to those whom you meet ‘by chance’. How do you greet those who break into your routine? How willing are you to spend time with unexpected visitors when you have a deadline to meet? How often do you give such events to God and then spend time with the person or people who have interrupted your schedule? What happens when you lay aside the task you are working on and give them time? What happens when you don’t? Today, when you are interrupted, give the interruption to God and ask Him to bless the encounter and then restore the time so you accomplish all you set out to do in the day. Watch what happens. He may surprise you!
