Jesus gave them this answer, “Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by Himself; He can do only what He sees His Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does.” John 5:19

Today you are invited to consider what you are doing that you are doing in your own strength. Jesus says He can do nothing by Himself. What is He saying to you today about what you are doing? When did you last give your work, play, activities to God? How involved do you allow Him to be in your life – or are you independent of His lead? Think about these things. Then spend some time asking God to show you how to go forward in whatever you are doing at this time. Watch for the miracles.
