(Jesus) went on to say, “This is why I told you that no one can come to Me unless the Father has enabled them.” John 6:65

Much of what Jesus has said in this teaching is hard to accept and understand. Today you are invited to consider how these words affect you. How do you feel when you think about the Father enabling you? What does that mean to you? How does His choosing you influence the way you feel about Him?  Does it fill you with wonder – or with concern? Why do you feel this way? What do you want to say to Jesus about this? Listen for His reply.
