“You mean He has deceived you also?” the Pharisees retorted. “Have any of the rulers of the Pharisees believed in Him? No!” John 7:47-48

Today you are invited to consider who has authority over you who objects to or ridicules you for your faith in Jesus. How do you respond when such derogatory things are said to you? What does God want you to say to or do for such people? It is not easy to stand up against those who have authority over you – a parent, a boss, a teacher. Ask God for the strength and courage to stand up against such opposition and for your faith never to waiver. Stay strong, Christian, for your God fights for you! May opposition only serve to strengthen your faith.
