Then they asked Him, “Where is your father?” “You do not know Me or My Father,” Jesus replied. “If you knew Me, you would know My Father also” John 8:19

Today you are invited to consider how you know the Father because you know Jesus? How close do you feel to the Father? What does God the Father mean to you (as opposed to your relationship with Jesus Christ, the Son, and the Holy Spirit)? How do you see Him? Is He your Abba (Daddy)? Or is He a mysterious, distant figure? How does your relationship with your own father influence your relationship with God the Father? If we know Jesus, Christ tells us, we know the Father also. Do you know Jesus? Ask Him to make anything you are struggling with in this regard clear to you.

May Abba bless you richly today with a sense of His Father’s love for you in the way a Father’s love should be, however you may relate to your own earthly father.
