His neighbours and those who had formerly seen him begging asked, Isn’t this the same man who used to sit and beg?” Some claimed that he was. Others said, No, he only looks like him.” But he himself insisted, “I am the man.” John 9:8-9

Today you are invited to consider how willing you are to accept miracles and prophecies. What is your response to them? Are you cynical? Do you think people are telling you about them to make them look important? How do you tell whether they are authentic? What happens when you reject a genuine miracle or prophecy? How does God feel? Ask Him. And ask Him for the gift of discernment when next confronted with miracles and prophecies.
