You heard Me say, ‘I am going away and I am coming back to you.’ If you loved Me, you would be glad that I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I. John 14:28

Today you are invited to consider how it feels to say goodbye. When a loved one leaves you, do you want to cling on to them, or can you let them go with your blessing? What determines your attitude? If you know they are going for a reason that will bless them, is it easier to let them go? How can Jesus help you to say goodbye well? What do you want to say to Him today – and how does He reply?
