The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. Psalm 9:9

Today you are invited to consider where God is a refuge for you at this moment. What is happening in your life that you want to run away from? How can God help you? How does the thought of being able to run to Him, like a little child to her daddy, and jump into His arms, knowing that there you will be safe make you feel? If you are facing ‘trouble’ at the moment, what is stopping you from doing just this? What is God saying to you today through these words? Talk to Him. Tell Him about your ‘trouble’ whatever it may be – and then rest in His arms. He’s got you.
